ATM-type AIR ejector uses compressed air passing through a specially designed nozzle to generate vacuum, providing suction and conveying without the need for additional rotating machinery. Its simple construction, quick start-up and low maintenance requirements make it very easy to use. The system can be used on its own or combined with liquid ring (water ring) vacuum pumps, oil rotary vane vacuum pumps or other backing pumps to increase pumping speed and achievable vacuum level. It is particularly suitable for vacuum drying, vacuum concentration, vacuum degassing, vacuum cooling and other reduced-pressure processes in chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries, providing customers with an energy-saving, safe and space-saving industrial vacuum solution. The ultimate vacuum can reach 2–6 Torr, while the typical operating vacuum range is 10–40 Torr.
